Where are your products made?
Our products are made by a coven of witches in Salem, Massachusetts (Naumkeag land)

Why do you use fragrance oils instead of essential oils?
We created Counter Magick with the intention of being as sustainable as possible. Unfortunately, it takes hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds of plant material to make one pound of essential oil. Long term, that is not a sustainable option to use at scale. Many essential oils are also flammable, not safe for pets, plats and children and can leave a residue that makes vessels unable to be recycled.

Our fragrance oils are safe-synthetics - meaning they are perfume grade, skin-safe, non-toxic and phthalate free. 

We understand and respect the power of flowers and plants, so we have infused each product with a corresponding plant essence to keep some of Earth's magic in every bottle. 

When will my order ship?

Our current online order processing time is 7-10 days.


I live close by, can I save on shipping and pick up?

At the moment, we do not offer Local Pick Up, but our sister, HausWitch does. Please feel free to order through HausWitch and pick up in store. 

How can I get in touch with customer service?
The best way to get in touch with customer service is to email hello@countermagick.com and we will get back to you ASAP. 

Where's my package?
Your order will be processed in 5-7 business days and then passed to USPS for delivery.

The USPS is experiencing major delays given labor shortages and the unprecedented number of packages being shipped around the world, so it may take longer than usual for tracking links to update from the "pre-shipment" stage (and some are arriving unannounced, so keep an eye out anyways!) Once the package is out of our hands, USPS tracking is the only information we have access to about your package's whereabouts and delivery timeline. We and our lovely mail carriers appreciate your patience.

If your package is marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, your local post office should be able to provide details of the delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" "in-transit" or "arriving late". 

What is your return/exchange policy?
Counter Magick does not accept returns (including gift purchases).
